Do you supply the movies?
We supply you with everything you need for your movie night except the movies. You can use your own DVDs/USBs on our Blu-ray DVD player, connect a laptop using our HDMI cord and stream Netflix, Stan, Foxtel Go etc, connect a game console and play video games. You can use any device as long as the device has a HDMI outlet.
What is your rain check policy?
We offer a 100% rain check guarantee! If the weather isn't looking the best for your event date we will reschedule your booking date for you. Please let us know at least 2 days before your event time. We also recommend having an indoor/undercover alternative area in case of rain so that you can continue with your organised party.
Does it need to be dark to use the cinema package?
Simple answer: Yes. You will need to use the equipment at night time as it uses projection. We recommend starting your film just after sunset.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to your event date will receive their full deposit paid back. Cancellations made within two weeks of their event date will not receive their deposit payment back, this includes if you cancel within two weeks due to bad weather on your event date so please keep this in mind before booking your date with us.
We do not offer refunds for early termination on your event date.
How do I book?
Simply fill out one of our order forms and we will get back to you via email right away to secure your date!
How do I pay?
We take two forms of payment:
For Deposit: Direct deposit or over the phone debit/credit card processing.
For Final Invoice: Direct deposit or over the phone debit/credit card processing OR cash on the day (please advise us if you would like to take this option)
Do you provide movie licensing?
Yes we do! For a fee of $50.00 we can organise your film license for you. If you are watching movies in your private home - you do not require movie licensing. Although if you plan on having a public event you will need to organise movie licensing for the film you wish to watch. Please note that we do not provide the DVD when organising the film license, you will need to purchase the DVD.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
Yes you will need to pay a deposit to secure your booking with us. We require 30% of your booking total as a deposit. Once you have paid the deposit your booking will be confirmed.
What is the delivery fee?
We offer free delivery within 30kms of Springvale VIC. Anything outside of this radius will have a travel fee calculated in their quote.
